Mission Statement

The Literacy Program’s mission is to provide basic literacy and ESL instruction for all ages which is free, effective and confidential and builds a foundation to enhance the individual’s personal dignity and quality of life.

The Literacy Program is the resource for mobilizing volunteers to meet the literacy and ESL needs of low level readers throughout Box Elder County.
